SHIPPING AND HANDLING
(1) Shipping and handling charges for all goods ordered through this Site for shipping anywhere in India are a minimum of Rs 50.00 for First 500gm and Rs 20.00 per 500gm.(2) The purchase you make for less than Rs. 1000 shipping charges will be Rs. 50 and if your make purchase for Rs. 1000 or above shipping will be free.
(3) If you would like to purchase any goods for shipment outside of India, please contact us through helpdesk.
(4) We guarantee that all in-stock items will be shipped by our store within 3 business days of receipt of your order.
(5) It is possible that very popular items may become temporarily unavailable from time to time. In this case, we will cancel your order placed through this Site and will contact you to determine whether you would like to back-order the items and have them shipped to you as soon as they become available or select different items that are available to be shipped right away.
ITEM RETURNS
(1) Downloadable Items are not returnable for credit.(2) Unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery of the goods. The purchaser is responsible for the freight charges to return the goods. Please contact us through helpdesk to arrange for the return of goods. The purchaser will receive full credit for the purchase price of the goods paid less a 25% handling charge. The applicable amount will be credited to the purchaser?s credit card or Gift Voucher which can be used on this site.
(3) If the goods are defective or were shipped to the purchaser in error, then such goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery of the goods. Please contact us through helpdesk to arrange for the return of goods.
